Stoltmann Law Offices usually works on a contingency fee arrangement of 35%. What this means is unless
we win and recover losses for you, there are no fees to be paid to us. For our clients who suffered losses in the Oppenheimer
Champion Fund, we are pursuing their full losses, attorney fees, interests and costs. Interest is measured from the
date the funds were purchased through the date the funds are paid back. Attorney fees include reasonable attorney fees,
which under many state securities acts include a contingent rate. Please note there are no guarantees regarding recovery.
It not uncommon for clients to receive no compensation in FINRA arbitration actions. Results typically can and do vary
by client based on their individual facts and circumstances. Clients are responsible for paying an upfront claim filing fee to FINRA, the group who administers the arbitration
process. For losses between $50,000-$99,999 the fee is $975. For losses between $100,000-$499,999 the fee is $1425.
Losses between $500,001-$999,999 the fee is $1575. Losses between $1 million to $4.99 million, the fee is $1800.
Part of this fee is may be refundable at the conclusion of the arbitration process. It would need to be paid at the
time the complaint is filed.
